Checks
As of January 1st 2021, we are no longer able to accept checks as a form of payment. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do accept cash and all major credit cards.

Returns
We take great pride in the product that we offer at Ash Salon + Extensions. In the event that you do not like a product for whatever reason, we are more than happy to exchange it for another product or issue a credit towards your next product purchase. No refunds will be given.

Cancellations
ASH Salon + Extensions, your appointment is important to us. Your spot is held specifically for you. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hour notice. If 24 hours is not given, Ash Salon + Extensions reserves the right charge 50% of appointment total or a flat $50.00 fee and may require a booking fee to schedule any further appointments.
